When and what is the biblical Armageddon?

Revelation 16:16 says


"And they gathered at the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon"


With these words has been much speculation, but this time it is

the Bible tell us that is what happens at Armageddon


16.21 Revelation mentions:

"And a great hail [...] down from heaven upon men

and men blasphemed God because of the plague of hail "

Note that after Armageddon God sends a plague of hail,

this draw several conclusions ...

• Bad people do not die at Armageddon for then there would be

necessary to punish with hail.

• No wild beast dies ten horns because after Armageddon

Revelation 16:19 says:

"And Babylon the great was remembered in the sight of God to give  

the cup of the wine of the wrath of his anger "

• And therefore Babylon the Great does not die before Armageddon

because God punishes using the beast after Armageddon


Revelation 16:16, 17 says:

"And they gathered at the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon

and the seventh poured out his bowl "

If Armageddon was so bad

Why anger pours another bowl?,

If you all were dead bad this would be meaningless,


So what actually happens?


Revelation 16: 15 says:

"Happy is he who is awake"

This timely notice for Christians indicates that Armageddon is a test

for them, as mentioned just before Armageddon, that event is what

Bible says in Matthew 24:21:

"For then shall be great tribulation such as has not

happened since the beginning of the world until now, no, nor will

to happen, in fact unless those days were shortened no

flesh would be saved "

Now look for when it occurs in the flow of events and

not looking for a specific date, see Revelation 15:1,2

which begins the vision of the seven bowls:

"And I saw in heaven another great and marvelous sign seven angels with seven plagues

these are the last [...] And I saw what appeared to be a glassy sea mingled with fire

and, standing beside the sea glass to emerging victorious from the wild beast "

Note that Christians defeat the beast before the seven bowls deramamiento

but during the sixth bowl the beast attacks Christians in Armageddon.


This can only be explained if there are two groups ...


Christians can not say that I won if tests have not faced, that

indicates that 15:2 Apocalipiss Christians who overcome are the same as those of

16:15 Apocalipisis which alerted, yet must not fall asleep.

anointed Christians or the 288,000 and therefore this fact the final test runs

as if Armageddon is for the second group then happens at the end of the thousand years.
